2. Do you offer pre-designed home packages?

A. Yes, we offer multiple construction packages based on budget, materials, and design preferences. e.g. Standard @ Rs. 1550 / Premium @ Rs. 1750 / Royal @ Rs. 2350

3. How long does it take to complete a home?

A. Depending on the project size, package, location. For (G+1) floor Bungalows / Villas construction typically takes 7 to 10 months AND for G+5 floor Building Construction it takes 12 to 14 months.

Pricing & Payment

4. How much does home construction cost per square foot?

A. The cost varies based on material selection, design, and location. We offer different packages to suit various budgets. Our package starts @ Rs.1650/- (w.e.f. 01/09/2025). Add-ons - Site preparation, Footing excavation & Filling, Plinth walls, Elevation, Compound walls, Sump, Bore, Etc.

5. What is included in the construction cost?

A. Our pricing covers RCC frame structure with walls, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and basic interiors finishing. Additional features can be customised.

6. Do you offer payment plans?

A. Yes, we offer stage-wise payments based on construction progress.

7. Can I get a loan for home construction?

A. Yes, we assist in obtaining home loans from banks and financial institutions.

8. Are there any hidden charges?

A. NO hidden charges. Extra cost for Permissions, legal approval, and any miscellaneous charges, are transparently discussed before finalising the contract.

Construction & Materials

9. What type of construction materials do you use?

A. We use high-quality branded materials for durability and safety. Options include premium and standard materials based on your budget.

10. Can I choose my own materials?

A. Yes, you can select materials, including tiles, fittings, and paints (limited shades) from our available options or suggest alternatives.

11. Do you follow Vastu principles in home construction?

A. Yes, we incorporate Vastu principles if the client requests them.

12. What foundation type do you use for homes?

A. We choose the foundation type based on soil testing and structural engineering recommendations.

13. Do you provide earthquake-resistant construction?

A. Yes, all our buildings comply with structural safety standards for earthquake resistance.

Legal & Documentation

14. Do you handle approvals and permits?

A. Yes, we take care of obtaining approvals from HMDA, GHMC, RERA, and other authorities.

15. If we buy plot/ land from you, is it legally verified?

A. Yes, all our plots have clear legal titles and approvals.

16. What documents will I receive during construction?

A. You will receive agreements, payment receipts, project schedules, and final completion certificates.

17. Can NRIs invest in your projects?

A. Yes, NRIs can invest, and we provide complete legal and financial guidance.

Project Timeline & Delivery

18. How do you ensure timely completion?

A. We follow a structured timeline with regular updates to the client, ensuring smooth execution.

19. What happens if there is a delay in construction?

A. We aim to avoid delays, but in rare cases e.g. Any God act, War, change in Govt. rules , we inform customers in advance and adjust timelines accordingly.

20. Do you provide progress updates?

A. Yes, we provide regular progress reports, photos, and site visits for transparency on your mobile phone.

21. What quality checks do you perform?

A. We conduct multiple quality checks at different construction stages to ensure durability and safety.

22. Do you offer warranties on construction?

A. Yes, we provide warranties on structural integrity and certain materials used in the project.

Post-Construction & Additional Services

23. Do you provide interior designing services?

A. Yes, we offer interior solutions, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, and customised decor on extra cost.

24. Who is responsible for maintenance after handover?

A. The customer is responsible, but we provide post-handover support and maintenance services.

25. Do you offer landscaping and outdoor design?

A. Yes, we provide landscaping services, including garden setups, pathways, swimming pool and exterior lighting.

26. Do you have a referral program?

A. Yes, we offer rewards for customer referrals.
